The customer service is top tier at this hotel! It’s very very clean and quiet! I’ve never been treated so well at a hotel! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommend 🙌🙌🙌

The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. Jean and Aquan provided excellent service and friendly reception.

I called (panicked) to book a room last minute, and Griffen was such a kind human being during the whole process that I will choose to stay here every single time I come back to Chicago. I stayed 1 night in a Full Bed sized room. From 6 - 10am (I think) they have complimentary apples, fruit cups, oatmeal packs, pop tarts etc with a four juice machine. There is a coffee machine that makes amazing Vanilla cappuccinos. They sell Hot Pockets, sodas, red bull and chips separately. My room was pleasant - clean sheets, AC controlled with ceiling fan, big walk in shower and large wall TV. There is an ATM on site, and I did have a couple separate door dash orders get delivered flawlessly. One was delivered two hours early - I missed it because I was napping, but the staff tucked it away safely until I came and got it without me asking. :) Closing note - Griffen didn’t know this, but I am suffering from a debilitating flair of chronic back/neck pain, and just about everything that could go wrong with my travels was going wrong. The simple “You made it!” with a warm, homely smile when I arrived is enough for me to want to book again.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. Immediately while entering and going to our room, we were greeted by many staff members. The room was well kept, and clean. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Room was a bit small but had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Got to check in early thanks to the nice staff gentlemen at the counter, which was nice because we would have had to lug our bags around. This let us check out a few restaraunts and make it to our concert at the United Center on time. If I come out to Chicago for another concert at the United Center I will gladly stop here again.

As somebody who stays in hotels two to three times a month typically, I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I received here. Griffen went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I called nine different hotels and she was the only person who was not only accommodating, but was beyond kind while being so. Whomever is her boss should be grateful to have an employee who actually cares about hosting with care. I will be returning and recommending this place for the foreseeable future.

First time in Chicago. The hotel staff was so friendly, helped us newbies navigate the city. We were able to check in a little early, had on-site parking, let us park the next day til 4 to go explore. Staff was so friendly at check in and checking out. Room was clean. Hotel was secure and well lit at night. Would definitely stay here again. *Note: only complaint but not enough to knock a star. It did sound like it was raining outside but it wasn't not sure where it came from. So played some light music to drown it out.**

Stayed here as it was conveniently located to the United Center where we went for a concert. It is literally around the corner and an easy 5 minute or less walk. It was a dog friendly hotel that was very accommodating to its guests. …
